STUDY VISA

International students planning to come to Canada for the purpose of study are required to obtain a study permit prior to coming to Canada. Foreign nationals from certain countries and territories also require a temporary resident visa (TRV) to enter Canada. A study permit is not needed if you want to take short-term courses or programs of study of six months or less. If you are from a non-visa-exempt country, you must have a valid visitor visa.

Students who do not require a visa will likely require an electronic travel authorization (eTA). For more information on the eTA and visas, consult www.cic.gc.ca.

I am from South Korea and I had the privilege of knowing Binny Joseph when he was still a social worker. When he became a lawyer, I know that I have a someone from the legal field who can help me transition to Canada as a Permanent Resident. Binny has always been supportive and professional in providing his services, not to mention that his fees are very reasonable too.
